  5. 5. What is eXe? <ul><li>eXe is an easy-to-use freely available authoring tool to assist those without technical web skills in the publishing of professional looking web content . </li></ul><ul><li>It can be used offline and incorporates pedagogical scaffolding. </li></ul>
