This system will use double mangement of manual checking and automate office to solve this problem, and the advantage as follows: add and delete in real time, will reduce the work force for the manager

Before store <ul><li>write messages into tags </li></ul><ul><li>with desktop reader </li></ul><ul><li>( NFC-9211, as right picture ), </li></ul><ul><li>which include: </li></ul><ul><li>name of goods, model,data </li></ul><ul><li>of production,effective </li></ul><ul><li>date ,site of production, </li></ul><ul><li>order Number and so on , </li></ul><ul><li>after finishing all information, </li></ul><ul><li>will attach the tag on </li></ul><ul><li>goods.(according to </li></ul><ul><li>different tags, use different </li></ul><ul><li>ways). </li></ul>

After store <ul><li>When goods pass the fixed </li></ul><ul><li>reader( NFC-9814E as the first </li></ul><ul><li>picture ) that install at </li></ul><ul><li>the passway, and reader will read </li></ul><ul><li>the tags on the goods </li></ul><ul><li>automatically through the </li></ul><ul><li>antenna( NFC-9603R,as the </li></ul><ul><li>second picture ), then send </li></ul><ul><li>the information to the data center, </li></ul><ul><li>in which will be analyses and </li></ul><ul><li>record the data in the display(all </li></ul><ul><li>information of goods).Operator </li></ul><ul><li>will place goods the right location </li></ul><ul><li>according to return signal. </li></ul>

Before deliver: According to the mangement system, the people will get the goods from the right loction/shelf, then fix On the Wagon After deliver: goods pass by the passway, the fixed reader will read tags' data on the goods ,then reader send tags'data to warehouse management system to copy and write-off

Checking goods <ul><li>In wrehouse management, the </li></ul><ul><li>regular check is indispensable, we </li></ul><ul><li>will use the handhels reader </li></ul><ul><li>( NFC-9221, as the right picture ), the </li></ul><ul><li>worker will hand this </li></ul><ul><li>reader to perambulate, and will finish </li></ul><ul><li>the checking task. When the reader </li></ul><ul><li>read the tag information, send to the </li></ul><ul><li>date center, then record and store in </li></ul><ul><li>the new database, after reading a </li></ul><ul><li>part of warehouse, and Compare the </li></ul><ul><li>old and new database to record the </li></ul><ul><li>result, then enter into the next to </li></ul><ul><li>operate repately the above process. It </li></ul><ul><li>is convenient to find out the error </li></ul><ul><li>under the process. </li></ul>
