  3. 3. About PYLP 11 This year NIU welcomes 24 high school-aged students and 4 adult leaders from Mindanao, Philippines! Participants will attend workshops on leadership development, social and environmental activism, American culture, diversity, tolerance, and conflict management making them the Leaders of Tomorrow!
