  • 6. 1) Lack of appreciation for organizational learning / Budgetary constraints of organizations to invest in their people development 2) Competition – not a regulated sector 3) Lack of innovative thinking amongst my team 4) Difficulty in finding University linkages 5) Cannot pursue Doctorate whilst being employed at LAHES Obstacles

Execution of One Strategic Solution Do a survey to identify the learning gaps in Sri Lankan organizations; e.g. – Sales Leadership Development, Secretaries Research foreign Universities / Institutes that have programmes that cater to the needs Find whether there is a Sri Lankan influential person in the shortlisted Universities / Institutes.
