  • 2. WHAT IS BULLYING? Ano ang Pang-aapi? ◦is aggressive behavior that is intentional and that involves an imbalance of power or strength. Typically, it is repeated over time. ◦isang agresibong kilos na pangkaraniwang inuulit sa paglipas ng panahon. Ito ay nilalayong magdulot ng pinsala, takot o lungkot o lumikha ng isang negatibong kapaligiran sa paaralan para sa ibang tao.
  • 3. DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULLYING: Mga Uri ng Pang-aapi: nanununtok, nanunulak, nananakit, namiminsala o nagnanakaw ng mga kagamitan/ari-arian. Physical - hitting, kicking, punching, taking peoples’ belongings or other acts that hurt people physically and that happen repeatedly (not just one time).
  • 4. DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULLYING: Mga Uri ng Pang-aapi: Pang-aasar, pangungutya, o pag-gawa ng nakaka-sakit at negatibong komento. Verbal - teased in a mean way or called hurtful names.
  • 5. DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULLYING: Mga Uri ng Pang-aapi: Inihihiwalay ang ibang mga tao mula sa isang grupo o nagkakalat ng bulung-bulungan o mga tsismis tungkol sa kanila. Indirect - spreading mean rumors about others, when people are intentionally kept out of a “group,” or when mean gestures are made towards others.
  • 6. DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULLYING: Mga Uri ng Pang-aapi: Pagkakalat ng mga tsismis at nakakasakit na komento sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng e-mail, mga cell phone , at sa mga lugar ng social media. Cyber-bullying - happens when people are teased, taunted, or threatened through the use of e-mail, cell phone, text messaging, instant messaging, social media or other electronic methods.
  • 7. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BULLIED? Anong gagawin ko kung ako ay binu-bully? If you are in real danger, walk away (or RUN) away . Get away as quickly as possible. Umiwas o lumayo.
  • 8. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BULLIED? Anong gagawin ko kung ako ay binu-bully? Magsalita. Sabihin sa mga nakaka-tanda. Tell an adult you trust. An adult can help make the bullying stop. Report who bullied you, what happened, and where and when it happened.
  • 9. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BULLIED? Anong gagawin ko kung ako ay binu-bully? Sumama sa iba at makipag-kaibigan. Buddy up! Bullies most often go after with students who are alone. Join a group of other students.
  • 10. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BULLIED? Anong gagawin ko kung ako ay binu-bully? Avoid the bullly. Think about where and when you usually run into bullies and try to stay away from those places at those times. If it’s a place you have to go, take along a friend. Umiwas sa mga lugar na madalas pinagtatambayan ng mga bullies.
  • 11. WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BULLIED? Anong gagawin ko kung ako ay binu-bully? Stand up for yourself . If you don’t feel like you’re in danger, stand up straight, look the bully in the eye, and say in a confident voice, Stop! Leave me alone! Then walk off. Maging matatag at malakas.
  • 12. SCHOOL RULES 1. Bullying is not allowed inour classroom or anywhere else in the school. 2. We don’t tease, call names, or put people down. 3. We don’t hit, kick, or punch. 4. If we see someone being bullied, we speak up and stop it (if we can) or go for help right away. 5. When we do things as a group, we make sure that everyone is included and no one is left out.
  • 13. SCHOOL RULES 6. We make new students welcome. 7. We listen to each other’s opinion. 8. We treat each other with kindness and respect. 9. We respect each other’s property. (School property, too). 10.We look for the good in others and value differences.
