You can simply replace some carbohydrates with protein
foods. Just replace 30 grams of carbohydrates with 30
grams of protein per day. This is just a small change in your
diet but so helpful in burning body fats, lose weight and
suppress appetite. Try to eat foods that decrease appetite
like fruits and vegetables, such as lettuce, spinach, turnips,
zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers, cauliflower, pineapple,
papaya, grapefruit, etc.
Other food that also helps decrease appetite and is definitely
good to your health is crispy celery and raw carrots because

lose tons of calories. Just try to chew slowly before
