    1. One of the things that people find difficult to fight with is food cravings. People are often caught in a struggle with their food cravings and self control. It is hard to resist something that you really want, especially if you have a picture in your mind of what you want to eat. How to fight food cravings? Do you have to tie your hands in order not to grab one of those tempting chocolate bars? Do you have to tape your mouth in order to stop the food in entering your body? When you are in the house, stay away from the kitchen.
