  • The purpose of this slide is to introduce my presentation
  • The purpose of this slide is to tell the audience what I am about to tell them about
  • The purpose of this slide is to identify the origins of Enterprise 2.0….influenced by the web
  • The point of this slide is to set up the next slide, provide the context for the capabilities I believe global companies need now and increasingly in the future
  • The point of this slide is to highlight the changed nature of the typical big organization
  • The issues with the traditional approach are two-fold:Limited participation at any stage of the processProcess is dependent on all parties being engaged at exactly the same time (via meetings). It’s difficult to book meetings always, hence where delay comes in. The new approach is much quicker, enables far more people to contribute, but requires good strong facilitation which hints at the fact some upfront structure and planning is required.
  • The point of this slide is to firmly position in their minds that we are presenting them with a palette of options – not a blueprint that can be used in every single situation
