Fund mobilization strategy ISTD Kolkata Chapter
We expect that the Chapters located in Metro cities will be able to ensure nomination of at least 20 delegates each.
Nomination from other chapters are expected in the range of 5-10 each. The nominations from all over the country except Kolkata is expected to be in the range of 250-300, another 100+ delegates are expected from Kolkata.
Our Chapter solicits cooperation of other Chapters & National Council members for getting more delegates & Sponsorships.
Kolkata is Capital of East & North East, having corporate offices of many PSUs and other organisations. Kolkata Chapter will assist in lodging and boarding of outstation guests/ officials in their guest houses and training institutes in a limited way.
Kolkata Chapter will organise transportation for such guests to and from the Airport to Place of Stay and Conference Venue.
The chapter may also arrange accommodation in different category of Hotels for delegates at concessional rates as part of conference package provided request for such accommodation is received in advance.
