  1. 1. Mentee Programme <ul><li>An organization is only as vibrant, viable and powerful as its employees and managers are. </li></ul><ul><li>Therefore it is essential to assist people in accessing their true potential. </li></ul>
  2. 2. Mentee Programme Contents <ul><li>The organization will prosper from all development in its staff. Anyone in the organization is welcome </li></ul><ul><li>The basis for this programme is that the mentee knows what s/he wants to develop </li></ul><ul><li>The mentor has to offer the true multi competence that the mentee requires </li></ul>
  3. 3. Mentee Programme Content <ul><li>Information Meeting – for everyone, 1 hour </li></ul><ul><li>Thinking Day – for all interested, 8 hours. Gives an opportunity to reflect on personal issues concerning </li></ul><ul><li>work, </li></ul><ul><li>personal relations, </li></ul><ul><li>hobbies/interests, </li></ul><ul><li>life values </li></ul>
  4. 4. Mentee Program Contents <ul><li>During the Thinking Day you arrive at your development decisions, where a Mentor is one option. If you need a Mentor, you will need to find out what kind of competences your mentor should have. </li></ul><ul><li>Each mentee seeks his/her own mentor with assistance from the programme colleagues, personal and professional network and the programme leaders. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Mentee Programme Content <ul><li>The Mentee and the optional Mentor meets for a first ”date” to check out if they find each other ”attractive” </li></ul><ul><li>Starting Day </li></ul><ul><li>AM – for Mentors - information about the organization, mentoring, coaching conversations </li></ul><ul><li>PM – lunch together with the Mentees, contracting </li></ul>
  6. 6. Mentee Programme Contents <ul><li>Monthly meetings between Mentor and Mentee– at least two hours/meeting </li></ul><ul><li>Quarterly meetings with the Mentee group – a lunch with evalutations and sharings of experience </li></ul>
  7. 7. Mentee Programme Contents <ul><li>Joint meetings with the Mentees and Mentors once per semester – a half day seminar with a competence developing theme and sharings of experience. </li></ul><ul><li>A Separation Seminar with finalization of contracts, evaluation and good byes. </li></ul>
