• Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications, Skills and Education:
This is a senior level security position requiring
Minimum of 10 and preferably 15 or more years in a senior leadership role supporting Fed
RAMP certification and accreditation
• Ability to apply professional judgment in critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• CISSP
• Team orientated
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in MIS/MCSE/MCSA/CCNA/A+/Network+ Certifications
• Current TS/SSBI.
• CI Polygraph

2. Sr HRIS Business Analyst Workday
Job Description:
•Collaborate with Operations, IT and functional areas to resolve open issues by developing
problem statements, corrective action plans, presenting to others for peer review and
approvals, then delivering to the plan.
•Research capabilities of the current JD Edwards system and recommend system configurations
to meet the business requirements.
•Ability to define, configure and test PDBA, AAI, Tax, Benefit Plan and Union Group Contract
setups to achieve an outcome consistent with defined requirements.
•Understand the database schema and extracting data for audit purposes to aid in identifying
the root cause and corrective action.
•Support the complete development lifecycle including requirements gathering, documentation,
design, development, integration testing and deployment.
•Must understand the end-to-end process flow including interfaces to/from third party vendors.
•Overseeing the timely completion of implementation assignments and keeping management
informed of project progress and potential problems, particularly as to needed changes in
schedule, resources, and detail designs.
•Participate in functional and customer facing meetings, anticipating needs before they arise
and present solutions to management.

3. Manager Internal Audit
Job Description:
• Excellent project management skills with the focus on timely completion
of tasks and the ability to identify and assess a changing array of risks.
Knowledge of data extraction and analysis techniques, including SAP and
analysis tools such as ACL or Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence in a clear concise manner and
to speak effectively to the public, employees, customers, Company
executives, board of directors, outside auditors and regulators..
• Ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and
employees.
• Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid
conclusions.
• Must be able to critically think through issues and determine the best
course of action, considering impacts internally and externally.

• 5+ years in .NET technologies.
