  • Purpose of FIT & FINE watches • We have planned to launch FIT & FINE watches in the market. This watch is to be look like a normal watch and worn and used as a normal watch. Special Purposes of watch: • For checking Diabetes • And Blood Pressure

  • BRAND ARCHITECTURE: • Two types of watches • Focus on Blood Pressure • Focus on Diabetes
  • ONE HOOK: The watch is simple like a wrist watch, and it is very easy to operate. For checking the diabetes of the patient, one has to take the needle out of the watch and prick oneself and the reading will be displayed in the watch. For the blood pressure check the patient has to just tighten the strap with the press of a button and the blood pressure will be displayed on the screen. So we are confident that our product will stand out in the market and hoping to make progress. Renzil D’cruz
  • ADVERTISING We would probably advertise it in the print media that is news papers and magazines,also the hoardings on the roads, and the commercials on the television. By this vigorous advertisement people will be attracted towards our Product.
  • FINANCES The rough estimation of the overall cost would be the addition of MANUFACTURING, PACAGING, MARKETING, DISTIBUTING, SELLING costs. The manufacturing of the circuits and the batteries inside the watch and also a fair amount would be invested in the marketing part. The total capital invested for the product would be around Rs 2,00,000. So initially we are planning to sell the watch for Rs 2,500. Renzil D’cruz
