Embed Read Only Presentation - Presentation Transcript

  1. How do you embed a read-only (password-protected) presentation in an unprotected presentation?
  2. Created by Ren http://www.slideshare.net/renn A tutorial
  3. Here are the basic procedures.
    • Create a read-only presentation and save it.
    • Open a new presentation and go to the slide where you want to insert the read-only presentation.
    • From main menu, click Insert > Object and wait for Insert Object window to open.
    • In the window, click Create from file, click Browse , and navigate to the read-only presentation that you want to insert.
    • Select the file. You can display the embedded presentation as an icon if you check the Display as icon box. Click OK. And click OK in the Insert Object window.
    • Your selected presentation or its icon will appear on the slide. You can adjust its size and position as desired.
    • Save the new presentation without password with a new name. Now you have a presentation with your read-only presentation embedded in it.
