  • 1. Goto www.remoteITdesk.comWelcome to the Home Page. Register or Login to enter the system/ your account/ to open a ticket.
  • 2. Login steps. Entering YOUR Username & Password.
  • 3. Opening a ticket and starting the technical support session
  • 4. Entering the Service Ticket ID/ Remote Connection with the Technician
  • 5. Running the Secure Remote Support Software
  • 6. Shows You the download progress that should be less than 1 minute
  • 7. Connection to the Technician begins. The chat window will open.
  • 8. Customer/Technician Chat. Technician’s request to access Customer’s PC
  • 9. Customer gives permission to the Technician to access his/her PC
  • 10. The Technician accesses client PC to fix the file issues/problem.
  • 11. The Technician resolves remotely the problem, being supervised by the Customer.
  • 12. Evaluation of the Session. Customer and Technician are both able to provide the feedback on the service received/provided.
