While employed at IDEO Belmer participated in a variety of projects most of which are still confidential. My personal experience with Belmer was managing Research and Development work around product behavior for a variety of consumer electronics. During this project Belmer proved to be an innovative designer and was able to make a strong contribution to the conceptual output of the results. His easygoing disposition makes Belmer a joy to work with. He proved himself as a team player, particularly in a multi disciplinary setting. I believe you will find Belmer to be a thoughtful, engaged and dedicated designer. At his level of experience I think he is best suited to playing an expert role within a team effort. Throughout the project he was a significant contributor providing both creative insights, concept development and prototyping.   93. 93. LETTER OF REFERENCE February 16, 2005 To whom it may concern: This letter is aimed at assisting Mr. Belmer Negrillo in his request for an entry visa to the United States of America. It is well worth considering my national and international experience in Lov.e advertising agencies, such as Ogilvy, J.W.Thompson and Lowe Loducca, and the fact that Mr. Belmer Negrillo has already worked as part of my work team. He worked with me in two different situations: the first one at Ogilvy Brasil, when I was his Creative Director for 2 years and the second situation when I managed him here at Loducca in a freelancer job for an important campaign pitch. In both occasions, Mr. Negrillo proved in practice his talent and commitment, being in charge of the most important jobs of the agency. For his great artistic and conceptual contribution I must highlight the jobs for IBM (when he played a decisive role in maintaining the account), Portal Terra and Telefonica Group. As a freelancer, Mr. Negrillo worked in both Creation and Art Direction services in November 2004, successfully creating an online campaign. During this job he also showed his skills in managing the team and in the making of the conceptual argument used in the presentation of the campaign.
