  3. 4. <ul><li>Anorexia nervosa - avoid food and meals, weigh their food , count calories </li></ul><ul><li>have extremely excessive exercising habits </li></ul><ul><li>Bulimia nervosa - eat excessive amounts of food in a single episode </li></ul><ul><li>make themselves vomit or use laxatives (binge/purge cycle) </li></ul><ul><li>Like anorexia, have an intense fear of gaining weight. </li></ul><ul><li>to be diagnosed, must weight at least 15% lower than the average weight for their age/height </li></ul><ul><li>have irregular menstrual cycles (female) </li></ul><ul><li>have at least 2 binge/purge cycles a week </li></ul><ul><li>obsessed with body shape and image </li></ul><ul><li>almost always require hospitalization , followed by immense counselling and frequent visits to nutritionists and doctors. </li></ul>www.ravingxducky.deviantart.com/art/Anorexia-34
