    • There are only two message to be conveyed by these cards
      • I am still here
      • I am doing business
    • Do be consistent with the
    • mailing/address/logo/picture
    • side of your card
    • Do include your full contact
    • Information
    • Creativity is not required.
  • 8. Your 33 Touch Plan
    • Send 26 just listed/just sold card
    • “ How to send referral cards” quarterly or more often
    • Skip time change cards
    • Important message about energy tax credits etc
    • Send 7 non-religious greeting cards.
  • 9. Still not convinced?
    • Your massive Return on Investment (ROI)
    • For every 100 names in your database:
    • Investment: 100 X 33=3,300 X $ 0.65= $2,145.00
    • Revenue: 5 X $5,000 = $25,000
