Learning Disabilities <ul><li>Learning disabilities are problems that affect people the ways people review, store, and use information. </li></ul><ul><li>Learning disabilities can be diagnosed at an early age when teachers and parents notice when a child has trouble paying attention and doing school work, or later on as a teenager when life gets more stressful and your brain takes on more and can’t process it all normally anymore. </li></ul>
