7. VISITORS’ TESTIMONIALS
I am really impressed by the international displays featured at the show, of which I was particularly interested
in cake ingredients. It made my trip a success. I am longing for FHV17.
MR. PAN SOTHEA - SOUS CHEF - SUNWAY HOTEL, CAMBODIA
FHV is one of the biggest shows in Indochina that I have visited so many times. It is such a helpful sourcing platform
to those who are working in the industries like us. I will definitely recommend and absolutely return the next time.
MR. MIKE WONG - EXECUTIVE CHEF - KANJI JAPANESE RESTAURANT
Wow, it was amazing show with the wide range of high-end products showcased. We came to source for some
suppliers to our retail chains. We went back with so many of those good contacts.
MR. TRAN XUAN BINH - PURCHASING MANAGER - SIMPLY MART
Although visiting this event so many times, we are still amazed by the larger scale & the professionalism of
organisers. We have collected plenty of good suppliers’ contacts and got many good offers.
MS. BUI THI TRUC GIANG - SENIOR CATEGORY MANAGER - CIRCLE K VIETNAM
From Hue City, we planned to visit the show in one day and it turned out to be not sufficient to us. There are
broader ranges of products showcased than we expected. We will definitely plan for longer stay next time.
MR. NGUYEN DUC HOANG - EXECUTIVE CHEF - SAIGON MORIN HUE
FHV is a familiar trade event to me. I can see that the show has developed year on year not only in scale but also
in quality. It's hard to meet all suppliers at one place and FHV makes it easier for us.
MR. BUI THIEN NHAN - OWNER - HONG PHAT BAKERY
I got a lot of information about hospitality industry. I would like to thank the organisers to give me this
opportunity. I hope to see you at FHV17. You rock today.

community, not just in Vietnam but also in neighboring countries such as Cambodia and
Thailand, with two teams competing against a local team on the last two days.
The fifth edition of Vietnam Culinary Challenge has ended with the resounding results
after 3 days. The competition successfully attracted 187 individual chefs and 8 teams from
a diverse competition pool of professional chefs, 5 talented individual chefs and 2 teams

Adding to the already impressive atmosphere at the show, the two artsy competitions have attracted 17

the competition has been grown with more and more young cooks joining. I
can feel the strong enthusiasm from them to be here to learn, to get the
feedback from other judges and develop themselves. The most important point
is not winning the prizes, the point is that they never give up to improve
themselves. I definitely will come back in the next editions to support for the
competition.”(Mr.OttoWibeiisahighlyrespected,Singapore-basedWACSApprovedJudgewho
