Recruitment Answers Commercial Overview  Formed in March 2001 by Denis Raymond, Warren O’Connor and Charmian Males  Philip Cohen partners with Denis to form the new Recruitment Answers Commercial  Recently expanded both the Sales and Commercial divisions opening our second office on the High Street in Watford with 3 consultants in each  A culture which is customer-focussed, ethical, team- orientated and highly proactive

Directors  Philip Cohen (Director) Phil recently joined the group as Director to form the new Recruitment Answers Commercial division after 10 years within the recruitment industry working with clients ranging from large multi-nationals down to SMEs and public sector organisations.  Denis Raymond (Director) Denis has over 15 years experience in recruitment and originally setup Recruitment Answers Ltd 10 years ago after a very successful career within a national recruitment agency, being the youngest National Account Manager ever within the company.
