  • Over 3hrs per week spent online… Respondents spend more time researching property on the web than any other media option, especially on specialist websites which continues to show strong increases. Specialist websites grew exceptionally per user to now average over three hours research per week. The top three are all web research options which grew very well and now all average at least nearly two hours each. Most other options were stable, but one of the major exceptions was metropolitan newspapers which continued their decline since 2007.
