Vdopiaengagements rates (& CTRs) are among the highest in the industry - exceeding most categorybenchmarks.We are located globally not only in India but have presence in 3 different locations in the US, UnitedKingdom, and the APAC region.DescriptionTHE JOB: Team Lead – Media Analysis & ResearchTHE PLACE: Gurgaon, IndiaHours of Work: Must be Flexible with Shift Hours as it is subject to US Time Zones IST 7pm-4amOverall Objective:The Market Research and Consumer Insights Manager should be an expert in dealing with marketresearch and analysis. Should be responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of thedigital (specifically mobile) space and media research. This individual is responsible for identifyingindustry related opportunities and solutions on a regular basis for the sales team.The Market Research Manager sets the tone for developing actionable product marketingcollaterals to be used by the sales and business development team for increasing revenue.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Content DevelopmentPreparation of sales and marketing collaterals including but not limited to case studies andwhite papers. Produce and supervise reports and analyses on issues in mobile media research utilizingComscore and other research tools. Develop visually appealing charts and ides for graphics for sales deck, marketing materialsetc. Analyze data collected, using traditional and advanced methods where appropriate, andreport findings in visual presentations. Create and design sales collateral such as seasonal marketing packages for sales team Collaborate with management team to ensure that all deliverables meet campaign objectives Present research findings and support the development of key insights through case studiesand white papers.Media Market Research Lead the process of industry analysis through preparing various case studies and whitepapers relevant to specific campaigns. Demonstrate ability to utilize resources to help guide Vdopia’s marketing goals in theirrespective markets. Understand and adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for company’smedia strategies. Provide and discuss industry information on media, markets and related dynamics
Strategic Thinking & Leadership Provide and/or guide strategic input for all plans internally and externally Demonstrate problem solving and intervention when necessary Understand and analyze the root causes of problems and develop ways to rectify Guide and assist staff to arrive at potential solutions to problems/issues Construct and deliver accurate, honest and timely performance management documentsEXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree 5 + years of marketing/market research experience Familiar with Media Industry Understanding of key research sources, i.e. Comscore etc Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media Knowledge of digital media High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Creative and visual aesthetics
