Sexual advances, favors, and/or verbal or physical conduct of sexual nature.

Define Sexual Harassment:
Violation of both state and federal law; illegal under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for employees: “prohibits employment discrimination based on race, sex, color, national origin or religion.”
