4. Recruitments :
Collecting the Resumes from the drop box outside the store and filtering them
Cold calling and Fixing up an interview with the Area Manager

Arranging for an outside Trainer as per the decision of the Head Office
Intimating the employees about the training and checking the attendance
Training (once in 2 months) includes several modules viz.,
Understanding the Vision and Mission of the store
Role Plays
Grooming and Hygiene
Arranging for snacks
Retraining the staff
Briefing once a week

6. Employee Engagement :
Once in 3 months – Cultural activities – morning 7 to 10
Official Lunch – Once in 2 months
Money allotted Rs. 150 per officer i.e. 6000 for 20 people

7. Payroll :
Downloading the attendance from the Biometric system
Maintaining an Excel sheet for the same
Sending the data to the Third party for invoice generation
31 days payroll system :
28th - Biometric system
29th - submission of the attendance to the 3rd party
30th - submission of the invoice to the accounts department
31st - Check whether the payments are ready
1st - Disburse the salary
Payment of all employees to be done on the 1st of every month

Wage Register duly filled before the 7th of every month
Third Party contractors register also to be duly filled
P.F. , Gratuity and other query handling
ESIC card (Master Card) to reach the employees at the earliest
Compensation of Employees
For every OT (26th Jan, 15th Aug, 1st May and 2nd Oct) – one day off
Can’t avail of a continuous 3 days off
