Pending the approval of the proposal, the LGUs regardless of their classification were recommended to opt for the cost-sharing arrangement included in the Project Financing Agreement, where the CHARMP2 will shoulder 60% and LGUs will provide 40% equity to precede the implementation of proposed subprojects. Only a few were able to provide counterpart based on this scheme. The Project is waiting for the release of CFA in the amount of 50 M.Extension of OFID Request for endorsement was forwarded to DA-CO forAgreement submission to Department of Finance.Remarks: The project is waiting for the final approval of the Revised Project Design by NEDA ICC Board/ National Government.Agency Contact Person: DIR.
