This initiative can be achieved by updating, replacing, and installing new photo-sensor devices in the different street lighting sectors in order to illuminate the roads when needed, and to develop technical specifications for the energy efficient street lighting lamps, as well as the increase in the know-how and capacity of the personnel working on the operation and maintenance.
