    II agree. I started using Google Analytics in Nov 2005, just a few months before this presentation. Unfortunately, there will always be more customisations you can do than you can put into a 75 minute presentation, so that one was omitted as my main focus was on distributable Help files, more so than public websites.

    Another HTML customization idea is to insert Google Analytics code into each HTML page generated from Author-it. For instructions and a description, see http://justwriteclick.com/2008/01/24/adding-google-analytics-to-your-author-it-generated-html-pages/. The sky is the limit when it comes to embedding code across an entire help site, it seems.
