Personnel Requirements
Most personnel do not need prior experience to obtain a job at our location
Physical trainers are preferred to have prior experience or
Taken a minimum of one class toward physical training degree
Or can submit contact information for a previous physical training job
Training Requirements
One software hardware trainer
Will train employees from all 5 location
New Employees
Will receive paid training along side a current employee for 2 days (2 to 3) hours training time
Current Employees
Evaluations every 2 weeks during the first 2 months, then monthly until their 6 month. Then evaluations will remain every 3 months.
Evaluations will be performed by manager or an individual chosen by the manager
Whenever software is updated a meeting will be held to show and inform all employees of these changes; a training day will be scheduled as well
Maintenance Requirements
There will be one roving IT professional employee to render IT support to all 5 locations
Acceptable downtime should not exceed 2 hours
Position may become a part-time, on call position if shown that down time is substantial
Certain employees will be trained to deal with smaller issues with the system, in case hired IT professional cannot make it right away, or cannot be reached
