Also in this project we discuss the working of human resource department and determine how much the human resource department is active. We design and manufacture a vast range of garments starting from basic to highly fashioned, responding rapidly to the ever changing t r e n d s w i t h i n t h e c l o t h i n g i n d u s t r y. However, assessing the needs for training does not end here. Human recourse department of klash textile is not so much active as compare to current scenario . It perform the traditional functions more as compare to evolving function. The Human Recourse department in Klash textile is all about measuring t h e o r g a n i z a t i o n n e e d t o i d e n t i f y t h e n u m b e r s o f e m p l o ye e s a n d s k i l l s required to do those jobs. The management is consists on Rankers and these peoples not having such a specialization to operate and manage the department. In a short span of time, the company has established a good image in the international market. Although there is a tough competition in the international market, but textile mills is continuously going on its way to prosperity .The main customers of ar. They have established a good image in the mind of its customers. This is all due the company’s high quality products. Company quality assurance department is so well establish that sometimes the customer’s request the quality inspector to visit some other company s where their other products are being manufactured, so the quality of that company can be checked. China, India, Bangladesh are the major countries, which have direct competition with Pakistan. Due to quota s ys t e m t h e c o m p a n y h a s a c c e p t e d o n l y l i m i t e d o r d e r s . T h e m a i n a d v a n t a g e to the company is of its mills unit. The company has manufactured the 11

Raw material like fabric and ribs are produce by itself. 18 Suggestions  Need to develop a culture of cooperation and teamwork. For t h i s p u r p o s e r evolutionary commitment from higher management i s r e q u i r e d a t t h i s t i m e , otherwise may not be able to cash the benefits of quota elimination.  The misbehavior of some responsible managers with the working force is creating unrest and feelings of being treated like slaves among the workers. For the purpose of improvement in this sector the line management should be trained and must be educated how to behave the workforce.  Decentralization of authority should be there. With the active participation of all the management level employees in the decision-making is f r u i t f u l f o r . Employees should be encouraged to come up with revolutionary thoughts.  Proper training at each level should be given to the employees.  Special incentives like bonus on Enid and on other special days should be given to the employees.  Should hire well-educated, trained, and experienced young professionals.  There should be a complete follow up of ISO 9002 certification according to desired quality standards.  The low capacity is generating problem for. Due to low capacity the MTM hasto: o A. Procure Yarn from market, which cause delays, variations and high prices. o B knitting from out door, that cause delays, variations and high prices o c .Dyeing and finishing of the fabric from out door, that also causes the Same above mentioned problems. The biggest problem that we think this low capacity is generating is extraordinary pressure on t h e w o r k i n g f o r c e . T h i s c r e a t e s m e n t a l 12

The solution to this entire problem is obviously the increase in capacity of production.
