  • 5. Establishing Reward Behaviors
    • The key to this program is defining the actions and/or behaviors that drive your specific goals and objectives. Once these are determined you rank each in order of importance and then assign the corresponding dollar value. Your overall budget is important so you may have to work backwards to assign the appropriate dollar values. Some actions and behaviors might be:
      • Serve on a key advisory committee

    • The cards have the High 5 logo on the front with a landing page site on the back and a reward code. The recipient enters the reward code which takes them to the level they’ve been selected to receive, make their choice and follow the instructions. Digital rewards may be redeemed immediately; non-digital rewards will require delivery time allowance of approximately two weeks.
