2. 2. What is magnetic force and how is it used?
3. 3. Magnetic Force <ul><li>Magnetic force is the force by which objects are attracted or repelled from each other. </li></ul>
4. 4. How is it used? <ul><li>It is used in many ways some of which are the earth’s magnetic field also known as the earth’ magnetosphere. </li></ul>
5. 5. <ul><li>The magnets are being attracted to each other by force. </li></ul>Example 1
6. 6. <ul><li>The force pulled the two magnets together so that now it is harder for you to separate them without yanking them apart. </li></ul>Effect 1
7. 7. <ul><li>The two magnets are making it harder to attach. </li></ul>Example 2
8. 8. Effect 2 The effect is that the magnets are pushed away [ repelled away ] from each other.
9. 9. <ul><li>There is one magnet on top and one on the bottom. The magnets are holding up one of the two metal balls in midair. Each metal ball weighs 2 grams and 25 milligrams. The strength of the magnets is holding up the metal ball. </li></ul>Levitating Magnets
