  • Magnetic Force By Clay McMillian
  • What is magnetic force and how is it used?
  • Magnetic Force
    • Magnetic force is the force by which objects are attracted or repelled from each other.
  • How is it used?
    • It is used in many ways some of which are the earth’s magnetic field also known as the earth’ magnetosphere.
    • The magnets are being attracted to each other by force.
    Example 1
    • The force pulled the two magnets together so that now it is harder for you to separate them without yanking them apart.
    Effect 1
    • The two magnets are making it harder to attach.
    Example 2
  • Effect 2 The effect is that the magnets are pushed away [ repelled away ] from each other.
    • There is one magnet on top and one on the bottom. The magnets are holding up one of the two metal balls in midair. Each metal ball weighs 2 grams and 25 milligrams. The strength of the magnets is holding up the metal ball.
