I ask because it has happened to some friends and I've heard that when switching to something that doesn't have artificial chemicals and animal fats in it, the skin care product can actually "detox" your skin causing it to break out.       • Don't know about that, but if you are allergic or sensitive to something in the product, you'll likely break out even if the ingredients are all natural.
