On the topic of raw food health, lots of health experts feel that the raw diet is the most healthful way of eating for mankind. Yet, others feel adding a bit of raw beef, and perhaps fish (assuming the animals were raised and fed well), and also some raw eggs (but the same as meat - brought up healthfully) into the diet is required to achieve optimum health.
