    • The Littlepeople (two beings as small as mice but who look and act a lot like people)
      • Hem
      • Haw
  • 3. The Search for Cheese
    • Sniff and Scurry
      • Simple rodent brains
      • Good instincts
    • Hem and Haw
      • Complex brains
  • 4. The Maze
      • Maze (Aisles) containing
      • Files
      • PC’s
      • Gifts
      • AND CHAIRS
  • 5. Navigating the Maze (Aisles)
    • Sniff and Scurry
      • Trial and error
      • Think out of the box
    • Hem and Haw
      • Perception clouded by beliefs and emotions
  • 6. Cheese is found!
    • Each morning, our four characters race through the maze (Aisles), eager to find their chair.
  • 7. The Daily Grind
    • The mice
      • Dressed in their well professionally running gear
      • Head over to their Work Station
    • The little people
      • Also raced toward their Work Station each morning
      • Until different routine set in . . .
  • 8. Lifestyle of Hem and Haw
    • Wake a little later
    • Dress a little slower
    • Pull their name plated Chair
    • Secure
    • Comfortable
  • 9.
    • Having Your name plated chair Makes You Happy
  • 10. The Littlepeople Attitude
    • Every evening, they just push out of their chairs, forget what was it’s right place.
    • Every morning, they would assume that their chair would would be at the right place
    • Their attitude:-We worked hard, we deserve this Name plated Chair
  • 11. Sniff and Scurry Routine
    • Also returning to their chair each morning
    • Inspect , arrange and make sure that all the chair(cheese) around the Aisle (maze)are kept neatly.
  • 12. No Name plated chair for Sniff and Scurry
    • But since Sniff and Scurry had noticed that if the chair are left in wrong place while leaving the office then they weren’t surprised to have it missing the next day morning.
    • Prepared for the inevitable
    • Knew instinctively what to do
  • 13. No Cheese (Chair) for Hem and Haw
    • Unaware of their changing environment
    • Unprepared to find their Cheese (Chair) missing
    • Who Moved My Cheese (Chair)?
    • It’s Not Fair!
  • 14. Shock and Disbelief
    • Response
      • Unattractive
      • Unproductive
      • But understandable
  • 15. While Sniff and Scurry Move On
    • Hem and Haw continue to hem and haw
      • Ranted and raved about injustice
      • Depression
      • What about future plans?
  • 16.
    • The More Important Your Cheese Is To You
    • The More You Want To Hold On To It
  • 17. The Next Day . . .
    • Hem and Haw returned to Work Station expecting to somehow find their cheese (Chair)
    • By the way . . . What are Sniff and Scurry doing?
  • 18. Sniff and Scurry
    • Try and secure their chair near their desk
    • Single goal of keeping work station area neat and tidy
  • 19. In the Meantime . . .
    • Hem and Haw still analyzing situation
    • Angry about the injustice
    • Looking for benefits
    • Feeling entitled and betrayed
  • 20. Hem vs. Haw
    • Haw decides to change
    • Hem doesn’t want to
      • It’s dangerous
      • I’m too old
      • Make a fool of myself
  • 21. Hem’s Idea
    • Perhaps if we just work harder, we’ll find that nothing has really changed
    • The difference between activity and productivity
  • 22. Waiting For Improvement
    • Littlepeople growing weak from hunger and stress
    • Losing their edge
    • Continue doing the same things over and over and . . .
  • 23.
    • Prepare to organise your work station or
    • Wait until they put the chair back?
  • 24. Haw’s Wisdom
    • “ Sometimes things change and they are never the same again. This looks like one of those times. That’s life! Life moves on. And so should we.”

    • If You Do Not Change,
    • You Can Become Extinct
  • 26. Looking Back
    • Chair hadn’t actually disappeared overnight
    • We should have anticipated that we leave it unorganized or unattended when we leave our work stations.

    • Keep life simple
    • Don’t overanalyze or complicate
    • Change with the situation
    • Envision success
    • Learn from mistakes and use them to plan for the future

      • They Keep Moving The Chairs
    • Anticipate Change
      • Get Ready For The Chairs To Move

    • Be Ready To Change Quickly And Enjoy It Again And Again

    • Please push the chair back to it’s original place after you leave:-
    • Your place
    • Conference room
    • Seniors cabin
    • Please refrain from using makers on chair if you are really interested to have the chair given your name stick paper and write name
    • If one day you don’t find your name tagged chair do not panic please note we have same branded chairs in the entire office.
