Long ago, in the dusty little village of Santo Poco, there was a villainous terrorist named El Guapo. El Guapo and his Banditos would regularly terrorize the village and take advantage of the young women. In addition to this, they would not support the local economy by shopping in the Santo Poco Cantina.
Lucky, Dusty & Ned had the villagers “sew like the wind” and outfitted the entire population of Santo Poco with attire just like theirs.
When El Guapo and his banditos showed up, they were fooled into thinking there were far more than just 3 of those crafty Amigos, and in their confused state of mind, they were defeated (ran away scared).
Pentagon Studies Lessons Learned for Future Strategy

This would surely instill fear in the hearts of any moron who dared go up against the U.S.
