    • “ Transcription work will be typed as instructed by demographics: A line with a minimum of 65 characters will be considered a line.
    • ASCII is NOT a “keystrokes” method
    • Rate calculation & duration
    • 55 Cent U.S. Dollars per line
    • Invoice must be submitted 20 th day of each month, and Medline will pay to Health-line within 60 days, except for weekends, holidays and Acts of God.
      • Turnaround Incentive
    • Medline will pay an additional turnaround incentive per 65 character line per file as follows:
    • Warranty of Quality work
    • 100% medical terminology required
    • 98%+ assured accuracy required except medical terminology
    • Note: ASCII characters include most characters with the following exceptions: Formatting, such as bold, underline, italics, text books and printer instructions
    • “ Headers and Footers” and the default “Templates” on each report will not be counted in the line count for billing purposes.

    • This Agreement, upon the expiration of the term established and shall automatically renew for consecutive three-year terms unless either party, at least Forty-five(45) days prior to the then-current term, gives notice of its intention not to renew.
    • APPLICABLE LAWS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    • Arbitration shall be in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall be conducted in Dallas County, Texas unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
