  • Developing & Creating a Franchise Network 
    Lead Management– On the basis of above efforts in stage II, we will centralize and manage the data and qualify the leads in accordance to franchise facts.
    At this stage prospects are sent enough information on the opportunity in the form of Franchise kits, terms of agreement etc. and their expression of interest is invited with the site photos and other financial details.
    Scheduling of the meeting – Once the site pictures & the expression of interest is duly received, we shall share this information with the franchisor for their evaluation. Simultaneously a tele- meeting or a personal meeting is aligned of the franchisor & the prospective franchisee as per the convenient availability.
    Site visit – We shall also facilitate for arranging for the site visit.
    Recruitment of Franchisee – At this stage investor meets are organized at various cities or we invite qualified franchisees to outlet visit and meet them at the head office for the final meeting. It may also involve several rounds of negotiation with the franchisee.
    Dedicated Project Manager – Would we assigned to look over the entire exercise, follow time lines and send report on weekly basis to the franchisor.
