  • 3. Benefit #2 -Replies from Freshdesk automatically include your Capsule DropBox Email address The Ticket Reply is automatically logged as a Case in Capsule CRM
  • 4. Benefit #3 - Freshdesk Contact Page shows Contact Info from Capsule
  • 5. Benefit #4 - View Freshdesk Tickets from theCapsule Contact using “Go to Freshdesk” or “Go to Tickets” Links to view Tickets from this Contact in Freshdesk
  • 6. Configuring Capsule IntegrationGo to Admin --> Integrations to access the Configuration screen
  • 7. You need your Capsule URL, APIToken and Email Dropbox address
  • 8. Get your unique API key in Capsule CRM, by clicking on“My Preferences” --> “API Authentication Token”
  • 9. To get your Dropbox mail address go to “Settings” andclick on the “Mail Drop Box” tab where you can find your current Drop Box email address.
  • 10. Once integrated, the “Capsule” Icon will appear in your Freshdesk Ticket view.Click on the Capsule logoto see Contact info from Capsule CRM
  • 11. To create a link to Freshdesk in Capsule CRM,click on “Settings”--> “Custom Fields”--> “ForPeople & Organization
  • 12. Click on "Add new..." and select "Generated Link" Copy the URL exactlyand paste it in Capsule CRM as the link definition.
