Hi Uttam,

Thanks for your prompt answer to my comment. I have .net 3.5 not SP1. After installing the .net 3.5 SP1 opening slides found by the search is working fine.

Hi elarbi,

Can you please confirm whether .Net framework 3.5SP1 is installed on your machine? To check it from ’Control Panel >> Add or Remove programs’. If not present, can you install it and confirm whether the issue is still present on your machine.

The link to download .Net 3.5SP1 can be found in the Install Instructions section of ’http://www.slideshare.net/developers/ap ps/pptribbon’.

Please let me know if you are still facing the issue.

Hi hjvanderklis,

It seems that you don’t have .Net framework 3.5 SP1 installed on your machine (a must pre-requisite for SlideShare ribbon). Please confirm whether it is installed or not by checking it in 'ControlPanel >> Add or Remove programs'. Go to Install Instructions section on 'http://www.slideshare.net/developers/apps/pptribbon' and you can download .Net 3.5SP1 from there.

Please let me know if you still face the issue.
