    It’s a great idea - for those who like .docs, let em read 12 pt Times New Roman. For the right brained, gi ’em pictures. There’s no one answer. Send them both, if they miss one, they’ll see the other.

    I absolutely love the idea of using strategic visuals to accentuate results. Having said that I didn’t see anything that would inspire me to want to hire Sarah...and quite frankly what recruiter in Corporate America has the time to review such a presentation?? Nobody talked to HR. Bad Idea.

    As a recruiter I would be really happy to see such creative presentation of self rather then looking at .doc
    Regarding the presentation I guess this is just story to promote slideshare and not the resume.

    I think the feature is great. But this slideshow is not a slide resume. It is rather the story of someone who allegedly used that feature. on my linkedin, I will never say things like I toured the world after graduation, but now I got fired because of the crisis, job hunting is tough and I am thinking of giving up. But I’d be interested in resumes of actual people who actually spiced up their actual linked in with an actual slide show.

    post your resume as a presentation? surely there is a better way to convince your future boss why he or she should hire you.
