  • 1. TEN TRAITS OF CORPORATE MYSTIC LEADERS OF THE 20 TH CENTURY1.Absolute honesty and Integrity. Corporate mystics are honest, even brutally honest, with themselves. Theywant to know the truth, even though that truth sometimes is personally painful.2.Fairness. They do what they say. They live what they understand.3.Self Knowledge. Corporate mystics recognize that our minds, bodies and spirits are theinstruments by which we carry out our activities. So they put a great deal of attentionon examining their motives, history and feelings. Corporate mystics are committedto their own learning and at the same time committed to help others learn. Theattitude of inquiry, of wonder, is sacred to them.4.Non-Dogmatic spirituality. To stay out of theology and potentially divisive beliefs; but the real spiritualforces of life: Life in all forms.5.Thery are in the “present”. Only by coming into the present can the mystic masterTime.6.Mentorship. They call the best of themselves and others. Corporate Mystics know how tostay focused on the essence of themselves and their C0-Workers.7. A special sense of Humour.8.A keen distant vision and close focus.9.Unusual Self-Discipline.10.Balance. Mystics Create and maintain a perspective on balancing their lives in four mainareas: Intimacy (including marriage, family and close friends), Work, Spirituality andCommunity (including Social and Political life)
