Rice with milk..!!

  1. 1. Rice with milk

Ingredients (2 people.) <ul><li>½ L of milk. </li></ul><ul><li>5 spoonful of cream. </li></ul><ul><li>1 cup of rice.(75 g.) </li></ul><ul><li>2 spoonful of sugar. </li></ul><ul><li>1lemon. </li></ul><ul><li>1 piece of cinnamon stick. </li></ul><ul><li>½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon </li></ul><ul><li>Mint leaves. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Production... <ul><li>Add the milk in saucepan, add the rice, sugar and cream. </li></ul><ul><li>With a knife, cut a piece of lemon rind (not the white part because it get better) and add it along with stick cinnamon. </li></ul><ul><li>Put everything to simmer gently for 30 minutes, move sometimes to prevent sticking . </li></ul><ul><li>Serve in 2 individual containers, let it cool and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon. </li></ul><ul><li>Decorate it with mint leaves. </li></ul>

  6. 6. 3º Phase. -Add the sugar
  7. 7. 4º Phase. -Add the creme
  8. 8. 5º Phase. -Cut and put the lemon rind
  9. 9. 6º Phase. -Put the cinnamon stick
  10. 10. 7º Phase. -To cook stirring sometimes
  11. 11. 8º Phase. -To serve
  12. 12. 9º Phase. -To decor
