    An effective presentation is a one – way communication process characterized by the formal and structured presentation of a message.
    It carries messages to all type of audience in a way that brings about the desired change among them in understanding.

    Presentation is a skill which involves in conveying a lot of information in a limited time so that it should be planned well in advance.
    The speaker should note on the following elements:
    Know your audience

    Choose a topic that you can present well
