      A web browser is a tool which is used to access information resources on the World Wide Web.
      It is a software application for retrieving, presenting and traversing information resources on the world wide web.

      The primary purpose of the web browser is
      To bring information resources to user.
      It can also used to access information provided by Web serversin private networks and files in the file system.
    • How the process is Begin...
      This process begins when the user inputs a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), for example http://www.google.co.in, into the browser.
      The prefix of the URI determines how the URI will be interpreted.
      And it determine the protocol which used in the network.

      Many browsers also support a variety of other prefixes.
      http: – Hypertext Transfer Protocol.
      ftp: – File Transfer Protocol.
      files: - Local files.

      HTML is passed to the browser's layout engine to be transformed from markup to an interactive document.
