Demineralization cartridge

  1. 1. Creating a demineralization cartridge.<br />By: Sobrina<br />
  2. 2. Selecting a prim.<br />Click on the Create icon that is selected in green above.<br />Choose the Cube and click on an empty piece of land.<br />
  3. 3. Texturizing.<br />Click on the Texture tab, and change the Transparency to 42 %. <br />Click on the texture window.<br />
  4. 4. 5. Click on libraries, then textures to open that list.6. Click on Atoll textures, select Atoll Wood Plank and click OK.<br />
  5. 5. Adjusting.<br />Click on the Object tab.<br />Type in the values for Size shown above.<br />
  6. 6. Note: The cube should look like this.<br />

  8. 8. 11. Click on the Texture tab, and Change the Transparency to 8 %. 12. Click on the texture window.13. Click on libraries, then textures to open that list.14. Click on Atoll textures, select Atoll Road Planks and click OK.<br />
  9. 9. 15. Under Repeats/Face change Horizontal (U) and Vertical (V) to the values above.16. Check the box Flip next to each Horizontal (U) and Vertical (V).<br />
  10. 10. 17. Open the Object tab.18. Change the values for the Size, Path Cut, and Hole Size to the values above.<br />
  11. 11. 19. Change the values of Rotation (degrees), Profile Cut (begin/end) and Revolutions to the values above<br />
  12. 12. Note: The tube should look like this.<br />
  13. 13. 20. Place the Tube under the center of the Cube like this.21. Hold the Shift button down and click on the Cube and the Tube.<br />
  14. 14. 22. Let go of the Shift button and click on the link button.23. Once linked the objects should appear as they do above.<br />
