    • choose Have diskChoose Android ADB Interface
    • Update driver
    • if successfully installed you must see the Android ADB Interface on your device manager
    • Next is you need to open the SP Flash Tool and run as administrator
    • click the Scatter-loading then look for the file MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt that you have downloadedawhile ago and uncheck all the names except for the recoveryand click the recovery and look for the H120_130426__recovery_130528-005823.img that you have downloadeda while agonext is to turn off your phone and remove the battery , then click the Download button and put back the batteryand USB cable into the phone and wait for it to finish loading .if successfully flashed you will see a green mark circle.
    • Now open the MTKdroidTools.exe run as administratorthen shutdown your phone the boot to recovery by pressing volume up + power button at the same time
    • then going back to the MTK Droid Toolsyou will notice that the indicator is now color mint blue
    • and the SuperUser is activated click that button and you will see it will prompt you to choose either SuperSU orSuperUserI recommend using the SuperSu for this unit because when I tested out the SuperUser it had some issues.if successfully installed you will the status on the right side
    • now reboot your phone and download the root checker to check if your phone is already rootedif in case it showed up that your phone is not yet rooted proceed with this next step if note ignore the remainingproceduresreboot your phone to normal modeand open again the MTK Droid Tools
    • you will see that it has found that it installed the SU now press the ROOT buttonthen press yes and wait for it to finish it taskafter that check again if it is now rootedENJOY!TROUBLESHOOTING• try to download the titanium backup and it must prompt the root access permission if not try to open firstthe SuperSU app on your phone and then if it prompts you to reboot , try to reboot it.• also be sure that after you reboot it will show ANDROID IS UPGRADING.
