    I had my dog shipped with Freightz.com and it arrived with 2 missing teeth, a broken leg, a mangled tail, and his dog collar was missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. hehehe. In all seriousness used them many of times before and never had a problem. Better Business Bureau has 1 complaint on file in 3 years and it shows ’resolved’ and rates the company a ’A’.     I also had a terrible experience with Freightz.com - Bill in customer service is definitely a STALKER BIG TIME! He will call and call and call you some more - my God I feel sorry for any girl he fancies! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Kristen Knecht

    Also, Used them on many occasions and never had a problem. There site is also user-friendly. I see other competitors posting their sites here could the complainer be a competitor? Go figure Better Business Bureau has the company at a A rating.

    Try Freight88, they shipped for us and we had no issues. Lower rates tha Freightz and simple, simple simple to use

    I think the complaint is for the user who posted this complaint? 1 in 36 months isn’t bad so I checked and called BBB and they told me the business has a ’A’ rating So I went ahead and booked and didn’t have a problem. Actually I saved from the carrier I have used. I think the user thought they ordered the services and might actually not of ordered them. Why would any company refund them if they didn’t actually order them?

    I looked at their BBB online and found 0 complaints in 36 months. Used them many times and never had a problem.

    YOU KNOW FREIGHTZ IS A BROKER AND THEY USE CARRIERS THAT THEY HOPE WIL DO THE JOB. THE LIFTGATE DEAL, THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN THE PRICE OFF OR JUST SENT YOU THE REFUND. I AM A CARRIER IN NJ AND WHEN SOMETHING DOES NOT GO AS PLANNED I CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW AND IF A ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED ON THE COST I.E. REFUND I RE-QUOTE THE CUSTOMER THEN AND THERE. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WRIGHT THING, BUT I THINK FREIGHTZ IS SO BOG THEY JUST DONT CARE. IN THE LONG RUN THEY WILL GO OUT AND SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE THERE SPOT, I DO NOT BROKKER OUT ANY OF MY LOASD FOR THIS REASON, YOU CAN NOT COUNT ON ANYONE DOING THE JOB AS IF YOU WHERE DOING IT YOUSELF, SHAME BUT THATS HOW AMERICA HAS COME TO. BIM TRANSPORTATION TAKES PRIDE IN OUR WORK, WE STICK TO GOOD OLD CORE VALUES, ITS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE PROFIT, ITS ABOUT LONG TERM.

  2. Our Story We used Freightz.com to ship for our company one time and it was our worst experience we have ever had shipping anything. We paid a $300 dollar shipping charge plus a lift gate fee of $75 for pickup and receiving. They told us that they would pick up one day and then forgot the lift gate so they had to come back the next day which made us late on receiving the inventory. Then when it was shipped again to our business their lift gate was broken. We had to borrow a forklift from the company down the street. They told us that they would reverse the lift gate fees and then later refused in an extremely rude manner. They were dishonest and then rude to us about it and claimed we never paid a lift gate fee which was a complete lie and they know it. On top of that without authorization they charged our card an extra $237. They keep saying that this will be refunded, but did not refund anything until I contacted the BBB. They Still have not refunded the $150 for the liftgate service we did not receive. Very rude company, very difficult to work with, and steals from Companies. Do Not use this company for any reason.
