  • What is it ? Coffee cup analogyAsk a engineer and a designer to build a paper cup. For an engineer - a simple cylinder with a base is ideal. However a designer asks a few more questions – will it be stacked ? Should’nt the edges be curved so it doesn’t cut the lip ? Effectively by starting by asking the human questions first you get a product that’s better suited for human consumption.
