Conceived n compiled for CHILDRENS' SUMMER CAMPS 2013 organized by BRAHMAKUMARIS RAJYOGA CENTERS, Mumbai.
95 Children in Andheri-E & 30 Children in Ville Parle-W enjoyed n contributed to the HAPPY sessions.
Laughter Yoga exercises were interspersed which the children enjoyed - so did the accompanying familoy members.

  3. 3. Happiness is a FEELING1. Happiness is not dependent on physicalobjects.2. Objects, possessions, gadgets aredesigned to give us comfort.3. Physical comfort is different fromemotional comfort. Happiness is a feeling.
  4. 4. Happiness is our Internal Creation4. Happiness is our internal creation and canbe created irrespective of external comforts.5. We use the objects as a stimulus to createa response, but the response is our choice.6. Different people create differentresponses, using the same stimulus.
  5. 5. Happiness is a Journey7. Happiness is not based on achievement. It is not atthe destination, it is on the journey.8. Happiness is a state of being, created while workingtowards the goal, not a feeling to be experienced afterachieving the goal.9. Before I take the responsibility of those aroundme, I need to take responsibility of my own thinkingand feelings.
  6. 6. Happiness is our Strength10. When I am happy and take care of others, then theywill be happy.11. Happiness is a stable state of mind irrespective ofsituations, and hence happiness is our strength.12. Our wellbeing is dependent on our PhysicalHealth, Mental Health, Social Health and Spiritual Health.
  7. 7. Happiness is my Own Creation13. Happiness is not dependent on people. Noone can make me happy and I can’t make othershappy, till we want to do it for ourselves.14. No one is responsible for my hurt, pain, fearor anger. It is my own creation in response totheir behaviour. I have another choice.

  9. 9. The history of the baby frog.......Once upon a time there was a bunch of babyfrogs....… participating in a competition.
  10. 10. The targetwas to get to the top of a high tower.A crowd of people hadgathered to observe therace and encourage theparticipants.....
  11. 11. The start shot rang out.......Quite honestly:None of the onlookers believed that thebaby frogs could actuallyaccomplish getting to the top of the tower.
  12. 12. Words like:"Åh, it’s too difficult!!!They’ll never reach the top."or:"Not a chance... the tower is too high!"
  13. 13. One by one some of the baby frogs fell off…...Except those who fastly climbed higher and higher..The crowd kept on yelling:"It’s too difficult. Nobody is going to make it!"
  14. 14. More baby frogs became tired and gave up......But one kept going higher and higher.....He was not about to give up!At the end everybody had given up, except the onedetermined to reach the top!All the other participants naturally wanted toknow how he had managed to do whatnone of the others had been able to do!
  15. 15. One competitor asked the winner, whatwas his secret?The truth was.......The winner was deaf!!!!
  16. 16. The lesson to be learned:Don’t ever listen to people who arenegative and pessimistic...…they will deprive you of your loveliestdreams and wishes you carry in your heartAlways be aware of the power of words, aseverything you hear and read will interferewith your actions
  17. 17. Therefore:Always stay…POSITIVE!And most of all:Turn a deaf ear when people tell you, that youcannot achieve your dreams
